⚠️ Total Voltage:

20 x 12V = 240V DC
This is extremely dangerous — high-voltage DC can arc or shock even without direct contact. Only qualified technicians should work on it.

🔧 Wiring Steps – Series Connection:

Arrange the Batteries
Place all 20 batteries in a well-ventilated, secure area.
Series Wiring:
- Connect the negative (-) terminal of Battery 1 to the positive (+) terminal of Battery 2.
- Repeat this chain until only the positive of Battery 1 and negative of Battery 20 are unused.
- These two terminals will serve as the main output terminals (B+ and B-) of the 240V DC pack.
Install Battery Monitor or BMS:
Most BMS units are designed for lithium, so for SLA batteries, use:
- A battery balancer or voltage monitoring system for lead-acid in series
- Optional 240V DC-rated fuse and DC breaker
